  • Grain terminal concession in the Pacific coast (Puerto Caldera), including the corporate organization of the consortium, handling the bid process and appeals, negotiating the contract and addendum with the Government of Costa Rica, negotiating with the financing entities of the project, legal support for the design, construction and operation of the grain terminal.
  • Main highway to the north of the country (“Corredor San José-San Ramón”), including the corporate organization of the concessionaire company, negotiating the contract and addendum with the Government of Costa Rica, as well as all the legal advise to the project.
  • Main highway to the port at the Pacific coast (“San José-Caldera”), including the corporate organization of the concessionaire company, negotiating the contract and addendums with the Government of Costa Rica and its respective ratifications by the Controller General (“refrendo”), as well as legal counsel during construction and current operation of the road.
  • New passenger terminal concession of the Liberia International Airport, Guanacaste, including the corporate organization of the consortium, legal counsel for financing of the project, handling the bid process, negotiating the contract and addendum with the Government of Costa Rica and its respective ratifications by the Controller General (“refrendo”), as well as all legal advise during the transition period, construction and forthcoming commissioning of the project for operation.
  • Private Generation of a 48 megawatt Hydropower, under B.O.T. (Build, Operate and Transfer) including the corporate organization of the consortium, arranging the financing of the project, handling the bid process and appeals, negotiating the contracts with the Government of Costa Rica and the final approval of the contract by the Controller General (“refrendo”).
