• Advising companies that presently operate public works concessions granted by the Costa Rican Government.
• Achieving a voluntary termination of a collective (union-backed) agreement, to allow the sale to a new buyer of a company that had four apparel plants with more than 3,000 workers.
• Participation in collective bargaining with union leaders in both the private and public sector.
• Defense of a multinational client in a 300-employee joint labor dispute.  Judgment was passed in favor of our client.
• Defense of a client in an administrative procedure filed by the Social Security Administration and a concurrent criminal case arising from non-compliance of social security legislation.  Judgment was passed in favor of our client.
